Spaces for Private & Corporate Events


  • Live music is a go!
  • Last call is at 1:30 a.m. and all events must end at 2 a.m.
  • Chairs and tables are provided for 350 guests (more available upon request for an additional rental fee)
  • Linens are available in black and ivory
  • Napkins are available in black and ivory
  • Glassware, flatware, and china is provided

Event Manager

Your event manager will be your main contact from your point of inquiry up to your event day. They know all your secrets (about the event, of course), and they know how to make sure all your requests are handled and delivered impeccably. They’re the ones you’re going to want to thank when your event goes better than planned.

Sound Support and AV Specialist

The MacArthur’s in-house team will be there to make sure the sounds sound as good as they did when you imagined them, your music is as epic as it should be, and you have the mics, speakers, and AV hookups needed for a memorable experience.

Lighting Support

The MacArthur’s in-house team is going to shine the spotlight right where you need it.


The MacArthur’s in-house team perfects stage buildouts of all sizes, so your big event can rise to the occasion.

Caterers and Bar Specialists

Want a colorful cocktail with a splash of spice? Or a unique menu based on your event’s theme? Our Executive Chef and mixologists will deliver an unforgettable tasting experience.


We require one guard for every 75 people and a minimum of 3 guards during event time. Security is required for both load in and load out.
